We are pleased to announce that, today sees the launch of a new Teacher Resource package on our web site covering the novel BIRDSONG by Sebastian Faulks INCLUDED in the package is a 12 month subscription to 51 web-based teaching aid "slides" together with access to all relevant analysis, synopsis, comparison and criticism (totally approximately 27,000 words) from our GWLSRC digital library, all of which is able to be viewed interactively online, or printed out. Also included are 36 Discussion Points which can be used within the classroom, or as personal study topics. They also provide useful ideas for individual essay titles and subjects. The aims of these "slides" are to assist teachers - either by direct use in the classroom, or as an aid to developing other areas of study. Students should, by the time they have finished using this package, be able to fully understand the novel and the literary methods employed by the author, making them better prepared for both coursework and examination modules. This is just the fouth of our Teacher Resource Packages, adding to our existing, popular Wilfred Owen and Edward Thomas resources.
